Know your Pharmacy

Know which areas of your pharmacy are hot and which are not.

There are hot and cold areas in every pharmacy*. Get to know how customers move around your store. Most people are right handed and tend to look at and take products located on the right.

In the example of a pharmacy shown in the diagram, customers will tend to turn to the left while they are passing through the shop – progressing in an anticlockwise direction.
